Janet Goldblatt

ecl SA Founder

Janet is the Director of Nowhere Africa, a YPO forum facilitator as well as the Director of Janet Goldblatt & Associates. She founded ecl SA in 2010.  For the last 20 years she has been involved in facilitating and catalysing personal growth and change in others. Her passion is to understand people and their personal greatness with the intention to help them bring their greatness to the world. Through her own experience of finding strength and purpose through times of adversity, She has learned how to work with others in helping them to do the same. Today this is the focus of her life. She helps others find meaning, and purpose and understand what makes them who they are, to help them to find their essence, mastery and ultimately their genius.

Raymond Nettmann

Director

Raymond completed his Masters Degree in 2013 to graduate from UNISA as a Research Consultant in Psychological Research (MaRC). His Research Internship with Sophiatown Community Psychological Services awarded him the opportunity not only to develop research skills but to work within the refugee community of Johannesburg.
It was during this time that Raymond met Rasada, an ecl Catalyst. Over the years he has grown within the ecl community. He has used his research and counselling skills as a core member of ecl. He established ecl South Africa as a NPO after being elected as Director in 2018.
Raymond has a passion for working systemically, always seeking to understand how various systems can be a source of strength for individuals.

Reggie Kodisang

Chairperson 

Reggie has emerged as a valuable contributor to the success of ecl South Africa. Due to her dedication and willingness to learn the ecl approach to education, she has already facilitated a number of ecl workshops for educators and parents. Reggie was elected Chairperson to the ecl South Africa Board in 2019. Reggie is qualified in Social Science, specialising in Marketing and Economics. She spent a major part of her career working in Global Companies earning her stripes in Marketing, Product Development, Strategy, Sales and Product Development. On leaving Corporate, she became an entrepreneur as a shareholder and director in a restaurant in Cape Town. It was during this period that she followed her desire to make a difference in education by offering her time and skills to various non-profit organizations helping to develop and implement fundraising campaigns.

Isabelle Dywili

Secretary

Isabelle is a passionate Registered Counsellor. She has a keen interest in preventative intervention that focus on support and promotes the enhancement of wellbeing amongst individual, families, groups and communities as well as the  promotion of psychosocial health. She aims to promote holistic development of the individual and to assist with developing well-balanced, creative individuals who will be responsible and productive citizens. In March 2023, Isabelle was elected to join the ecl board as the Secretary.

Nicolas Townes

Treasurer 

Nicolas went to high school at St Davids Marist Inanda. After school, he went to study a Bachelor of Business Science at  the University of Cape Town. He decided to change his degree and ended up completing a degree in B.Com Law at  the University of Witwatersrand. He has been working in the Non - Profit sector for 3 years as a Fundraiser and is passionate about the work he does. In March 2023, he was elected to join the ecl SA board as Treasurer.

Monki Makhoba

Director of the North West Province ecl Hub

Monki graduated with a teaching qualification from North-West University. She has for over 18 years and has worked with learners with special needs. She runs referrals to special schools as well. She has been an ecl catalyst since 2014.

Oliver Senne

ecl Facilitator

Oliver senne is a Law and Marketing graduate, as well as an honours in Philosophy graduate from Stellenbosch University and the University of the Western Cape. He is a facilitator for various companies and has worked for various companies in senior roles. His passion for people development and transformation led him to join in 2019.

Heaven Nen

Administrator 

Heaven matriculated from Jeppe High School for Girls in 2020. She was part of the Ruth First Programme as well as the Mentorship Programme. She found value in skills such as peer communication between and amongst other Ruth First girls. She joined ecl as an intern at the start of April 2021, aiding in the administration and organisation of workshops and trainings. She is currently studying for a Law degree (LLB) at the University of South Africa and aims to one day use some tools and skills from ecl in the outside world - as two of her keen interests are Family Law and the protection of children's rights.

Aitabe Fornes

ecl Catalyst

A Family and Systemic Constellations Facilitator and Trainer, and a former New York City High School Teacher, Aitabe envisions a future in which the tools of the constellator, systems thinking + systems sensing, are central to the practice teaching. She has a Masters Degree in Education.

Vishala Baker

ecl Catalyst

Linda Baker is a certified K-8 teacher and a K-12 certified school counselor. She worked for 33 years in a Public Magnet School in New Haven, Connecticut for grades PreK-8 as a teacher and school counselor. 

Linda completed five years of facilitator training with the New England Institute of Systemic Constellations and additional training with the ecl foundation.  

In September 2017, Linda became the founder of Supporting Systems. Their services include workshops for teachers and leaders in schools and organizations, individual and leadership coaching, classroom activities, and whole school activations.

Jane James

ecl Catalyst

Jane, a teacher, parent and grandparent, was involved in ecl from the start, working in schools with leaders and teachers developing the first tools and methodologies alongside Judith Hemming and Terry Ingham. She works as a systemic coach and facilitator.

Illi Adato

ecl Catalyst and International Trainer

Illi is the founder and Managing Director of London School of Systemic & Family Constellations and a group facilitator working internationally. As an ecl Trainer he offers Practitioner Training to systemically-orientated professionals seeking new tools to bring their skills to children, young adults, parents and educators. Over the past decade Illi developed Hypno-Constellationsâ„¢ a new method to offer Systemic & Family Constellations which is fully based on guided visualisation and key hypnotic principles.
