Dr Fionnuala Herder-Wynne

Fionnuala has three decades of experience in roles such as Director Innovation, CEO and Transformation Catalyst building high performance teams and purpose-filled cultures of innovation  within organisations. She has extensive experience in the design, development & delivery of change interventions that have impact at the individual, team and organisational level. She has worked in the Corporate; NGO; Education; Research and Health sectors specializing in the inner practice of leadership; hidden team dynamics; coherence and innovation strategy. She is passionate about supporting leaders to create environments in which they, their teams & organisations and ultimately the world can flourish.
