A support for educators
Everyday, we witness the impact teachers have on students through what they learn. However, we know teaching is not easy. Being an educator comes with many responsibilities and stress and you may sometimes feel overwhelmed. Your mood reflects on your students in the learning environment. It is therefore important that you feel supported in order for you to support your students.

Teacher Training programmes, run in a form of focus groups, the main objective of which is to introduce teachers to ecl’s Systemic approach as well as empower them on how to relate to students in a nurturing way
Partners for Possibility
Partners for Possibility is a creative solution to South Africa's education crisis. It is a co-action, co-learning partnership between school principals and business leaders, enabling social cohesion through partnerships, and empowering principals to become change leaders in their schools and communities.
